Hello, I work with Twilio's Enablement group, which supports our team with knowledge about Twilio's products and services. As a former member of Twilio's developer support team I am familiar with how to build and troubleshoot many of Twilio's common use cases. Prior to joining Twilio I was a customer, and created an application to connect political volunteers with voters, as well as an anonymous communications service. When I joined Twilio, this experience helped me to support other developers with their Twilio projects. It's exciting to see customers creating so many awesome and unique projects.
