I have been at Twilio for over 3+years and have held roles from solutions architect, contact center domain expertise, to customer experience consultant. Over my 20+ year history, i have worked in a variety of manufacturers, system integrators, and technologies all centered around communications and engagements.
In my current role, I focus on humanizing communication experiences and providing prospectives through workshops designed to understand clients vision, identify levels of effort, and how prioritize resources to deliver digital transformational journeys and/or blueprints.
